Veteran London composer/producer Bare Beats (aka Rob Farnham) and Oxford/London based singer Stray Dog (aka Iona Roisin) have been collaborating since 2011. The tracks that comprise of this EP have been written and recorded over the three-year period since.

Whilst previously contributing to each other’s solo projects, this joint venture is distinguished through the spontaneous and improvised writing and recording process. All tracks were formed entirely in the studio, with both artists playing a role in all parts of the creation process. The impromptu nature of these sessions lend the EP a sense of fragility and anxiety that isn’t present in either’s solo work, ending on a cadence of optimism.
